✪ Most orders will ship out in 2-4 business days. International delivery can take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination country. Please note that shipping services which indicate number of "days" are from day shipped, not day ordered.
✪ Shipping is determined by item weight & dimensions, includes handling/packaging and reflects USPS rate increases as of January, 2017. International customers interested in purchasing multiple items, please get in touch for a custom shipping quote.
✪ International customers are responsible for any taxes incurred when importing items into their respective countries. We will not declare a lower rate on customs forms.
✪ All domestic orders ship with a tracking number.
✪ We take great care to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. All LPs are professionally packaged in cardboard record mailers.
Q: I want an LP, shirt, etc. that's not for sale on the web store.
A: Get in touch and we can let you know when it will be back in stock. If you’re in South Florida we can take special orders at our brick-and-mortar shop. Sorry but we are unable to take special orders over the phone.
Q: The cover of the album I received in the mail doesn’t match the one you have on the web store.
A: Occasionally it’s hard to find the exact cover in a hi-resolution web format, so we may put up the closest match (e.g. alternate pressing or a CD cover). If you have any questions about a specific record/cover, get in touch.
Q: I’m a local artist. How do I get my items sold in the store?
A: Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and she’ll get you started.
Q: What do you accept?
A: Mainly vinyl, CDs and cassettes made in South Florida. We also except high-quality gift items and t-shirts on a case-by-case basis. Our shop is cruelty-free so we don’t accept anything made of leather or any animal by-products.
Q: I have questions about or want to get in touch with Iron Forge Press, Otto, or another brand/artist you sell in the web store.
A: If you have a web store-related question about any brand/artist, we can answer it. If the question is outside the realm of the web store, you'll have to get in touch with them directly. Most have active websites with contact info.
